How Do I Cancel?
If you decide that the Friendly Childminders' Hub isn't for you, just log in and cancel your subscription within your account settings.

You will be able to access your subscription until the month runs out and then that's it.

More details of how to do this will be added here once the Hub is up and running.
I appreciate you are really busy, but it would be great if you could please get in touch and let me know why the Hub isn't working for you. I've learnt to accept that it's impossible to please everyone all of the time, but I am keen to ensure the Hub is the best it can be and constructive feedback is really helpful in achieving this.
Thank you!

Why is My
Application Pending?
The Hub’s founder personally reviews each application to ensure that every prospective member is genuine and aligned with the community’s values.
This careful, hands-on approach helps maintain the integrity and trustworthiness of the Hub.
However, because every application is individually assessed, the process can take longer when there is a high volume of applicants.
While this may mean waiting a little longer for approval, it ensures that membership remains authentic, respectful, and truly beneficial for all.

Why Was My
Application
Rejected?
Applications to the Friendly Childminders' Hub may be declined if they do not meet the community’s standards of authenticity, respect, and integrity.
Common reasons for rejection include incomplete or inaccurate information provided during the application process, evidence of self-promotion or commercial intent rather than genuine community engagement, or behaviour that conflicts with the Hub’s values of respectful and constructive communication.
In some cases, applications may also be refused if the applicant’s background or online activity raises concerns about trustworthiness, safety or a person's intentions for gaining access to the Hub.
This careful screening ensures that members remain aligned with the Hub’s purpose of fostering a supportive, collaborative environment.
