Cancellation Policy

The Friendly Childminders' Hub has been created by Sam Heaven using the fab Mighty Networks and operates within its parameters.

Membership for the Hub is just a fiver a month - that's only £1.15ish a week! The 'ish' is because the maths works out at 1.1538.

If a person decides that the Hub is not for them, they can cancel their subscription at least 24 hours before the next payment is due, and no further payments will be taken. If a cancellation is made within those last 24 hours, there is a risk of a processing overlap and the payment may still be taken.

A person will have access to the Hub until the subscription lapses and no refund will be given.

There is no option to buy an annual subscription to the Hub. It's just a rolling monthly subscription and members will continue to make monthly payments until they choose to end their subscription.

If a person cancels their free trial before their paid subscription starts, they will forfeit the remainder of their free trial and lose access to the Hub immediately.

If a person has joined the Hub directly through the Apple App Store and cancels during their free trial, they will continue to access the Hub until this trial is finished. This is because Apple controls this subscription, which also costs £5.99 due to additional Apple costs. This method of subscribing is not recommended - it will cost £5 a month to follow the direct link at the top of the website.

If a person violates the Hub's Members' Promises, the founder will terminate their subscription with immediate effect, the remainder of the month is forfeited, no refund will be given and no further payments will be taken.

If a person does not wish to be a member anymore, but they have forgotten to cancel their subscription and continued to make payments to the Hub, a refund will not be given. If a person has paid for the Hub for that month, they have full access until that month runs out.
