How Much Is the Hub?

Membership for the Hub is just a fiver a month through the link on the website - that's only £1.15ish a week!  The 'ish' is because the maths works out at 1.1538.

Please note, if someone with an Apple device chose to purchase a subscription to the Hub directly through the Apple app store, they will be charged £5.99 a month because of the fees Apple puts on top - so please use the direct link on the website and download the app afterwards.

If someone decides it's not for them, they can just cancel with no drama  - please see the Cancellation Policy.

1 Month's Free Trial

All new members will get their first month for free, so they can have a good nosey and decide if it's for them.

If a member doesn't like it, they can just cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the month to avoid payment being taken.

Why Is It Only £5?

Childminders already have so much to pay for in both their professional and personal lives.  Some childminding costs are fixed and expensive (insurances, fees, resources, training, equipment etc), regardless of the number of children enrolled in a setting or the number of hours/days a childminder works.

At times, finances maybe tricky, and the founder is committed to keeping the Hub affordable and accessible to all, so every member can benefit without barriers.

But it's also necessary to meet the running costs and create some income to cover the thousands of hours that have already been invested in its creation since 2023, as well as the thousands more that are to come!  â€‹â€‹

No Gimmicks Here...

You will never find any gimmicks in the Friendly Childminders' Hub.

If you decide to cancel your subscription, you will not receive one of those 'pleading messages' along the lines of, 'your custom is important to us, please stay and your subscription will be half price for three months'.  â€‹â€‹â€‹

It's not that your custom isn't important, it's about not 'selling the Hub short' or trying to increase members through covert discounts.

What you see is what you get with the Friendly Childminders' Hub!
